SHIPPING & RETURNS

PURCHASE TERMS

Orders are subject to Anastasia Textil S.L. approval and acceptance. Once approval has been granted, customer will receive an email confirming the order and shipping (Order Confirmation) or its rejection if it is detected that any of the articles included in the order are out of stock . If any Riverside article is not available once the order has been made, the Customer shall be notified as soon as possible. At this point, the Customer may modify the order or cancel it.

Anastasia Textil S.L. accepts payments by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, American Express, Diners) and Pay Pal.

Orders will be shipped via courier chosen by Anastasia Textil S.L.

Parcels sent within Spain will be free-shipped , and the delivery date once the parcel leaves our warehouse its: 

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: three (3) working days. 
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta y Melilla: ten(10) working days. 
  • For international shipments, delivery will take from fifteen (15) to twenty (20) working days, from the moment that the parcel leaves our warehouse. Delivery charges are 15 €.

Once the order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to the Customer notifying him that the order has been sent.

The articles will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the moment of the purchase. Thus Anastasia Textil S.L. won't be responsible if the delivery address is wrong or incomplete. 


RETURNS

Anastasia Textil S.L. allows returns but not exchanges of articles. In case the customer wants to change an article for another, he/she should firstly cancel the previous order and then purchase the new item. Customers can request the return within (7) seven days from the receipt of the parcel. Return charges will be at the customer's expense. The customer can choose a courier of his/her election. If the customer wishes, Anastasia Textil S.L. can provide a reliable and fast courier to take care of the return.

If all requirements have been full filled regarding delivery dates, communications and articles conditions , we will proceed to refund the money within three (3) days after the return´s confirmation.

The procedures for returns are:

  • Fill in the delivery note that comes together with the purchased article 
  • Write an e-mail to devolucionesweb@riverside.es requesting the return and the reason for it

Once we've replied accepting the return, the customer must send the article to the following address:

       Spain

Return charges will be at the customer's expense, who can choose a courier of his/her election. In case the customer wishes, Anastasia Textil S.L. can provide a reliable and fast courier to take charge of the return.

The items to be returned must be new, unused, and with all the garment tags still attached. Thus, returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and it may be sent back to the customer at his expense.

Anastasia Textil S.L. reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet all of the aforementioned conditions. The article will be under customer's responsibility until it is delivered at Anastasia Textil S.L.'s warehouse.


ANNEX

Part of the information or notifications sent to the customer shall be in writing with an electronic nature. The customer therefore hereby grants his consent to use such a method of communication. This condition shall not affect his or her rights as established by applicable law. Such notification shall be understood to have been made in proper form and duly received at the moment at which they appear on the website, 24 hours after the sending of an email or three (3) working days from the postmarked date of any letter.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
